Holding the Ladder

What does it look like to support the people God has called to lead us? Hebrews 13:17 reminds us that spiritual leadership carries both responsibility and weight. And while pastors are called to shepherd the church, the rest of us have a part to play, too. A healthy church isn't built by a pastor alone. It's built by people who pray for one another, work through difficult things with grace, and take seriously the part God has given them. Because when we each do our part, the whole church is stronger.
