From the Grave to New Life
Jesus stepped into a grave that should’ve been doesn’t just make us flawed or a little off, it leaves us spiritually lifeless. But the resurrection isn’t just something we celebrate once a year or something that gives us hope for the future. It’s an invitation into freedom right now. A lot of us are still living in “graves” we’ve built; things like bitterness, shame, addiction, or patterns we can’t seem to break. But the empty tomb shows us that we don’t have to stay didn’t just rise, He left the grave behind. And in the same way, we’re invited to leave behind our old life and step into something new. This isn’t about trying harder or fixing ourselves. It’s about trusting the finished work of the cross—and actually living like it changed something.
